Know the exact machine

Ask for the model, chip, memory, storage, battery condition and photographs of the available unit. Listings on the experience page illustrate configurations that have passed through the shop; availability and prices change.

Understand your purchase

MacFreaks provides a 45-day store warranty. Returns are available within seven days with a 20% deduction from the sale price. Confirm the unit’s condition, coverage and delivery arrangements before paying.

Delivery and payment

MacFreaks delivers across India through trusted courier and logistics services. International shipping is arranged through Blue Dart or Delhivery, subject to destination and shipment eligibility. Delivery charges, timing and any customs requirements are confirmed before dispatch. UPI, net banking / bank transfer, credit cards, debit cards and cash are accepted; EMI and financing are not offered.

Payment & business billing

UPI, net banking / bank transfer, credit cards, debit cards and cash.

For corporate billing through MacFreaks United, share your legal business name, billing address and GSTIN, if applicable, before the invoice is issued. Ask the team for the supplying entity’s GST registration details with your quotation.
