Can I arrange help from outside Mumbai?

Contact the team with your location first. Shipping, assessment and return arrangements must be confirmed before sending a device.

Will a repair preserve my files?

Discuss backup and data-handling requirements before repair. Keep a backup you control whenever possible; do not assume files can always be recovered.
