Before paying, obtain written confirmation of the available unit, condition, serial or model identification, accessories, total price including applicable taxes and fees, supplying business, payment details, delivery arrangements, warranty and return terms.

Genuine Apple hardware; independent service

MacFreaks works with genuine Apple products, including pre-owned and open-box units where stated. A used device is not represented as new or untouched. Inspection, previous use, repairs, parts and remaining manufacturer coverage should be disclosed for the exact unit. MacFreaks and MacFreaks United are independent of Apple, not an Apple-authorised reseller or service provider. The playful “Official Apple partner? Not yet.” line is not an authorisation claim.

Services and project agreements

Repair estimates follow inspection. Do not authorise work until you understand the scope, parts, price and service coverage. Rentals, editing suites, networked teams and AI configuration require an agreed scope covering equipment, dates, support arrangements, software licences, account ownership, backups and handover. A service description does not override the agreed project scope or statutory consumer rights.

Videos, testimonials and guidance

Customer excerpts reflect individual experiences. Creator videos are linked to their original publishers and do not imply employment, a paid relationship or an endorsement beyond what the creator actually says. Historic prices and promotional offers in recordings may no longer apply. View counts are dated snapshots. Learning and AI setup information is general guidance; compatibility and software terms must be checked for the selected device and service.

Brands and relationships

Third-party brand names, logos and content belong to their owners. References to Apple, ChatGPT, Claude, DeepSeek, Grok, NotebookLM and other tools describe products or services visitors may use. They do not imply affiliation, authorisation or sponsorship. This principle also applies to references involving the two MacFreaks businesses and their associates, affiliates, service partners, vendors and customers. Specific relationships are limited to those expressly stated or agreed in writing. This notice does not create a blanket indemnity or waive anyone’s legal rights.
