MacFreaks arranges delivery across India through courier and logistics services. International shipment enquiries can be discussed through Blue Dart or Delhivery, subject to destination, battery and shipment eligibility. Listing a carrier is not a guarantee that every service or destination is available.

Confirm before dispatch

The team will need a complete delivery address, PIN or postal code and a contact number. Get a written quote that states dispatch timing, estimated delivery, shipping and packaging charges, any insurance arrangement and who handles taxes or import duties. Delivery estimates depend on the agreed route and carrier. Ask for tracking details once the shipment is booked.

Receiving a shipment

Check the package and supplied device promptly. If the parcel is damaged, an item is missing or the device is incorrect, keep the packaging and any useful photos and contact the team with the invoice and tracking details. This request for information does not limit your legal rights.

Payment methods

Available modes include UPI, net banking or bank transfer, credit cards, debit cards and cash. The team confirms the method available for your order and any disclosed fees before you pay. Do not assume cash on delivery, EMI or financing is available from an old video. This preview does not take payment or request card details.

Business invoices

Provide the correct legal business name, billing address and GSTIN, if applicable, before an invoice is issued. Confirm the supplying entity and its verified GST registration details on the quote or invoice. MacFreaks United’s GSTIN will be added here after the exact number is supplied; no number is inferred from a brand name.

International and corporate projects

Cross-border sales and rentals require a separate written scope covering availability, customs requirements, applicable taxes, return logistics and support.
