Tell us what happened

Include your name, the invoice or enquiry reference if you have one, the date, the device involved and a short explanation of the problem and the resolution you are seeking. Keep a copy of your message and the response. Do not include passwords, OTPs, full card details or confidential project material.

Privacy requests

For a request about personal information, identify the contact route you previously used and describe the access, correction or deletion you need. The team may need proportionate information to confirm that it is handling the right person’s records. Do not send identity documents unless the team explains why they are necessary and how to share them securely.
